Who needs more school breakfast ideas?! I do!
These peanut butter pancakes are the perfect start to a school (or weekend!) morning! They are so easy to make and you likely already have all the ingredients you need!
The thing that makes these so easy is that they start with complete pancake mix. That’s right, just add water!!!! A little bit of peanut butter makes the magic here.

The pancake mix that I used this time even has extra protein- great for busy school mornings. I have made this recipe many times with different brands of complelte pancake mix. The pancakes have turned out perfectly every time.
All of my kids love this simple breakfast. We have also tried this recipe with additional fun toppings such as bananas and chocolate chips. YUM!
Check out the peanut butter pancake recipe below and let me know if you love them!
