Great Gift Idea- A Pasta Themed Gift Basket

Who doesn’t love pasta? These pasta themed gift baskets are perfect for any occasion. Grab a basket and fill it with everything needed for a gourmet pasta meal at home. Yum!
To put these together, first, grab a basket. These black wire baskets are the perfect size. You can find them on Amazon.
Next, line the basket with a few sheets of this parchment paper, also found on Amazon. This paper is so handy to have around for gifts and baking. I wrapped a loaf of bread with the paper. It looked very pretty, and I hope that it did not dry the bread too much.
All of the pasta and sauces that I chose were from a large grocery chain. Most stores will have great authentic options that are pretty and rustic looking.
Great options to fill the basket with are bread, spaghetti, parmesan, herbs, olives, olive oil, and wine. If you are able to, you can take the basket along to the store to see how the items will fit.
Once you have filled the basket with goodies, choose a thick ribbon to tie around it and finish with a bow. To make these baskets extra festive for the holidays, I put a small piece of fresh greenery in each basket. Greenery like this is also for sale at large grocery stores or your local florist. This is an easy and inexpensive way to dress up your gifts!
