Summer is the perfect time for S’MORES! Your family will love these super easy S’mores Cereal Bars!
Everyone will rave about these yummy cereal bars. They are so easy to put together that I find myself making them twice a week!
The basis for these bars is the recipe for classic Rice Krispie Treats. The three basic ingredients are all pantry staples. They are:
- One box of S’mores Cereal- 12.25 oz
- One bag of marshmallows- 10 oz
- half of a stick of butter – 4 tablespoons
The Honey Maid S’mores Cereal is so yummy! Not all grocery stores carry this variety, so when you come across it, buy four boxes…trust me! 😉
Here is the super simple recipe for these S’mores Cereal Bars:

Gather 3 simple ingredients
Melt butter and marshmallows over low heat.
Add a teaspoon of vanilla (optional).
Once melted, remove from heat and add the entire bag of cereal.
Gently stir.
Press the mixture into a 9x13 pan. Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes.
Cut into squares and enjoy!
