Rosemary Berry Bubbler

 ⅓ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen, I prefer frozen)
 1 sprig fresh rosemary leaves, removed from stem
 ½ lemon, juiced
 12 oz sparkling water or club soda

Muddle 1/4 c. raspberries and rosemary leaves in a large glass.

Add the lemon juice and sparkling water, and mix thoroughly.

** If you are in a pinch you can eliminate the lemon juice and just use lemon flavored sparkling water.

Strain the mixture into a new glass filled with ice, discarding the raspberries and rosemary leaves.

Garnish with a remaining raspberries.
