Grape Salad is one of my favorite things about summer! Grapes are in season and so is Grape Salad. I love to take this to a cookout and keep a little for myself to eat later for a bedtime snack.
8ozCream Cheese (room temperature)
8ozSour Cream
½cupWhite Sugar
1tspVanilla Extract
2lbsSeedless Grapes (Red, Green or a combination of both)
½cupChopped Pecans or Walnuts
2tbspBrown Sugar

Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla.

Stir in grapes and pour into a serving dish.

Sprinkle the top with the nuts of your choice and brown sugar (Optional)
