 10 oz Andes baking chips
 1 Sleeve Ritz Crackers

Place Andes baking chips in microwavable bowl. (Can use Andes mints if cannot find the baking chips.) Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring, until melted.

Using a fork, place each Ritz cracker in the melted Andes baking chips. Coat the cracker fully. Let excess chocolate drip off the cracker.

Place on wax paper or parchment paper to harden.
