Irish spaghetti
Yields4 Servings
 1 lb ground beef
 1 small onion, chopped
 10.75 oz cream of mushroom soup
 10.75 oz condensed tomato soup
 ½ tsp chili powder
 ½ tsp Tabasco sauce
 1 lb dried spaghetti noodles
 salt and pepper to taste
 Parmesan cheese

In a large saucepan, cook the ground beef and onion until meat is browned.

Add the cream of mushroom soup and condensed tomato soup, chili powder, Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper to taste.

Bring to a boil, stirring often.

Reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring often.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package directions.

Serve sauce over hot cooked noodles

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
