Happy Saturday! This recipe has been on repeat in the Klein house, and I thought I must share! It is a super simple and yummy kid-approved snack mix.
Yes, the kids love it, but so do the adults! Make it for your football watching party or to have on hand for the kiddos lunches this week. It will not last for long!
Just a few simple ingredients. These are probably already all in your fridge and pantry, but easy to find if they aren’t. Also, any cheese snack cracker would work for this.
Grab the 4 pack because you’ll be wanting to make another batch!
Melt the butter and mix in dry ranch, garlic and dill. Seriously who doesn’t love dill? It is the best. You can barely tell it is there but it gives this mix something special.
Pour that warm, buttery mixture over the pretzels and toss to coat. Mmmm
Bake and enjoy! So quick and easy!
It can be cooled on the baking sheet or on paper towels.
Once cool, package this up for a bake sale, for your neighbor, or as part of a gift. Everyone will love it!
Melt butter
Mix entire dry ranch packet, garlic, and dill in with butter. Add just a touch of cayenne pepper if you would like it to spice it up a bit.
Mix goldfish and pretzels into large bowl. Drizzle with melted butter mixture. Stir to coat.
Spread Goldfish and pretzels onto 2 baking sheet pans (cookie sheets with sides are best).
Bake the mixture at 250 degrees for 20 minutes. Stir the mixture halfway through cooking time.
Cool completely. Enjoy!
