Top ‘O the morning to you! March is the perfect time to serve your family a Rainbow Fruit Board! Check out how easy this board is to put together!
If there is one thing that I have learned over years of meal prep, it is that my family will eat fruit and veggies if I wash, cut and serve them on a plate or platter. Just buying the grapes is not enough! I have to have them all washed and accessible and they will gobble them up.
This rainbow fruit board is a great way to present the fruit to my kids…and get them to actually eat it. With a variety of fruits, this board is full of vitamins and fiber. Your kids might find something they did not know that they loved!
This board is perfect for serving at any meal of the day or alone as a snack. You can encourage the kids to “taste the rainbow!” They will love this easy and sweet treat.
Here is how this simple board comes together:
- Grab a round board or platter.
2. Add strawberries in an arch.
3. Add cantaloupe.
4. Add pineapple.
5. Layer on some kiwi.
5. Add a row of blueberries.
6. And lastly add the purple grapes.
7. You’ll want to put in some marshmallow ‘clouds’!
8. And complete the rainbow with a “pot of gold!”
If you are serving to a smaller group, check out the way that I set up the same rainbow on a dinner sized plate! Easy and fun!
The clouds on my smaller version of the rainbow fruit board are actually just extra creamy Cool Whip which makes for yummy dipping.
This extra creamy Cool Whip is mom and labradoodle approved!
Another great fruit dip to serve with this is a cream cheese dip. Put it into a small bowl and call it clouds! 🙂

Happy Saint Patrick’s Day to you and your family!
