Gather 3 microwave safe bowls and place 1 cup of chips in each. One will remain white, one will be tinted pink and the semi-sweet will be used for pencil lead
Melt chocolate and white chocolate chips in microwave according to package instructions
After melting, slowly add red food coloring to one bowl until desired shade of pink
Use kitchen scissors or small knife to trim one end to resemble the pencil point
Dip eraser end into pink and tip end into white.
Place on waxed paper and allow to dry.
Use semi-sweet chocolate to give lead tip to each “pencil”
Share with all the school kids!
