If you are looking for a quick and easy dessert to take along to a cookout, these are perfect! There are only a few ingredients, and they are fun to eat, since they are served in their own cup.
Because I use angel food cake instead of the traditional pound cake, these strawberry shortcake cups are healthier and perfect for warmer temps. You can even eat two without feeling guilty! 😜
