Roasted Cauliflower and Radishes

 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces
 1 lb radishes, trimmed and cut in half
 1 bunch green onions, sliced into 1 inch pieces
 3 tbsp olive oil
 1 tsp kosher salt
 ½ tsp black pepper

Line baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spread vegetables evenly over sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss everything to coat.
