Frozen hot chocolate is a mix between a dessert and a drink. The rich, creamy frozen hot chocolate is the perfect winter treat. Add a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top to take the frozen hot chocolate up a notch.
Pour the crushed ice, chocolate milk, and packets of hot chocolate mix into the blender.
Blend until well blended.
Pour the drink into two glasses.
Top with whipped cream and mini chocolate chips.
