Deli Meat “Sushi”

 4 tortillas
 2 oz cream cheese
 4 oz shredded cheddar
 ¼ cup sliced cucumber
 ¼ cup shredded carrot
 ¼ lb thinly sliced deli meat

Lay tortilla flat.

Spread with thin layer of softened cream cheese. Top with sprinkling of cheddar.

Lay deli meat flat in in single layer over cheeses.

Layer cucumber and carrots. Add any other veggies that you like!

Roll tightly and slice to look like sushi rolls. It is really just a wrap, but tell the kids it is sushi. Fancy! ;)
